GLOBAL PIPELINE AGENCY, ALSO KNOWN AS “GPA, ” IS A NBPA/FIBA CERTIFIED SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT AGENCY. WE SPECIALIZE IN SCOUTING, MANAGING, AND MARKETING TALENTED PROFESSIONAL AND COLLEGE BASKETBALL PLAYERS. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A GLOBAL IMPACT ON AND OFF THE COURT IN EACH CONTINENT BY GROWING OUR CLIENTS' CAREERS AND SECURING THEIR FINANCIAL FUTURES WHILE DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR PARTNERS. Mental

Basketball is both a mental and physical game. We put a big focus on the mental approach. We believe if the mind is not in a good place the physical talent will only take an athlete so far. We assist in working with our athletes to educate them on all of the mental ins and outs of being an overseas pro and assist in taking care of outside factors to allow them to perform at their best.

Physical

The other key portion of the game. There are so many athletes who are physically gifted. Being at best physically includes proper nutrition, consistent workouts, and player development. We work with partners to make sure our athletes have the ability to keep their bodies in peak shape.

We see you being a versatile forward/big for any team you play on. There are few forwards that have the ability to put the ball on floor and beat a defender off the dribble, punish their defender around the painted area with physicality or footwork, patience and touch, finish at such an elite level in the Pick n’ Roll above the rim and also protect the rim on the defensive end while being able to move with guards. We see you being able to make an impact from your rookie season and grow each season to higher levels. AREAS OF FOCUS/ACCOLADES:

  • #1 in Field Goal percentage in the Nation, top 3 in blocks, top 5 blocks per game

Our Story

How It All Started

March 2019
G.P.A is founded and became a FIBA Certified agency.
February 2022
G.P.A became an NBA Certified agency
July 2023
G.P.A became Certified with the Japanese Basketball Association
Present 2025
In 2023 and 2024 G.P.A did record number of agency deals with 47 contracts signed all over the world in 2023 and 62 in 2024. We also established our main headquarters in Japan.
